WELLER MOUNTAIN FISH AND GAME PRESERVE, INC
(EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2020)
1.There will be two lotteries:
- Hunting Season-Oct.1-December 31-Drawing Memorial Day
- Summer Season-April 1-September 30-Drawing New Years Day
– January 1- March 31- Open sign up starting January 7th.
2.The preprinted attached form shall be used for both lotteries: The forms will be available at the main lodge or on the web page
Completed forms will be deposited in the main
- Indicate which Season you are signing up for (Summer or Hunting)
- Indicate Members Name
- You will have 5 choices per sheet, you can use all choices for the same camp different dates, same dates different camps or random selections-5 DAYS MAX per choice
3.There will be one award granted per form, multiple forms may be Entered.
4. 5 days in a row maximum and 8 total days awarded to one member in the Summer and 5 total days awarded per member in Hunting Season. After lottery awards any available camp is open to all Members to sign up for.
5. Camp deposits must be submitted within 30 days of the award. Deposits shall be the member daily fee times the number of nights.
6. Any camps not awarded during the lottery maybe signed out on the reservation system 7 days after the lottery awards have been entered
