APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP WELLER MOUNTAIN FISH AND GAME PRESERVE, INC

Weller Mountain Fish and Game Preserve, Inc. is limited to 130 paid members. A prospective applicant wishing to join this organization may be placed on a waiting list subject to review and acceptance of his application by the Board of Directors.

The prospective applicant must be sponsored by two (2) present members in good standing, who have held club membership for not less than 3 years. Once the applicant has completed the online application or filled out a downloadable form, he should send  a check or money order in the amount of $100 to:

The $100 application fee is refundable only if the Board of Directors rejects this application during its initial or subsequent review prior to notification to the applicant of his acceptance as a member. The fee will be credited towards the first year’s dues.
